Georgia State University Cancels Evening Classes due to Weather

Students, Faculty and Staff - Due to continued rain and degrading road conditions this afternoon, all classes on all campuses beginning at or after 5:30 PM this evening are canceled. Normal operations will resume tomorrow, September 22, unless otherwise noted.

Cobb County Middle Schools to Release Early due to Weather

Due to weather conditions and road closures that have occurred today, Monday, Sept. 21, all Cobb County middle schools will dismiss at 1:15 p.m. Elementary schools and high schools will dismiss at regular times.

For students in the after-school program, the after-school program will remain open until parents are able to pick up their children, but we encourage parents to do so as soon as possible. All athletic and extracurricular activities have been canceled.
